The Enugu West Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Desk has been established to provide efficient dispute resolution mechanisms. Inaugurated on March 11, 2024, the committee has already handled 14 cases.
This initiative reduces incidents of conflict and expensive litigation, fostering a spirit of community and peace. The desk comprises dedicated members with wealth of experience in mediation.
